Ecotherapy
"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."-Lao Tzu

What is Ecotherapy?
Ecotherapy is a therapeutic approach that invites the Earth itself into the healing process. It weaves together traditional therapy with the restorative power of nature, helping individuals reconnect to themselves through connection with the natural world.
In ecotherapy sessions, we meet outdoors in Los Gatos, walking and talking in a way that engages both mind and body. Moving through nature can support you in feeling more grounded, uplift your mood, and open new perspectives on the challenges you are facing. The spaciousness of the natural world often offers clarity where we feel stuck, and invites a deeper sense of integration between body, heart, and mind.
I offer individual sessions, group sessions for adults and teens, and seasonal workshops — all held in the outdoor spaces of Los Gatos.

"Walking while talking in nature allows me to express myself more fully and I always feel lighter after the sessions. As someone who has struggled with anxiety for their whole lives the sessions in nature taught me about how to integrate nature as a resource as well as experience the calming effects of nature on a different level. I have always been a nature lover but doing therapy in nature allows me to connect with nature in a deeper way as well as reduce my general anxiety significantly."
