Group Therapy
Stress Reduction through Mindfulness for Teens
Feeling stressed and anxious? This group will support teenagers looking for support to reduce stress and anxiety. Each session (4 sessions total) we will learn two new ways to reduce stress and anxiety as well as build community with other teens facing similar struggles and stressors. This group will utilize mindfulness, nature therapy and art therapy as well as other evidence based practices to reduce stress and anxiety. Dates: TBA
